      a. Children 0-1 years join free as long as they do not occupy seats. 

      b. Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult

      c. Please be at the meeting point/Hotel lobby at least 10-15 minutes prior. And if you face any difficulty in locating. Please reach out the contact given.

      d. At least 48 hours prior reach out the operator contact to confirm your meeting time and get more instructions if anything not clear or if any questions. 

      e. Please be sure to abide by Malaysian local laws and regulations, and do not carry items that are prohibited by Malaysian laws, so as to avoid violating the law and affecting your rights and interests

      f. During free activities, you should pay attention to the safety of your own personal and property. If you do not listen to the advice, you will be responsible for the consequences of accidents or losses

      g. The trip is based on english speaking driver guide. If there will be more guests on board then separate guide will be provided. 


      h. In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure

      i. During the itinerary, please take your passport and valuables with you for safekeeping. If there is any loss, theft, damage, etc., the loss will be borne by yourself

      j. Please note that no fee will be refunded for non-participation or cancellation of the tour due to personal problems, lateness etc

      k. In the middle of the itinerary, if you leave the tour on your own, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fee will be refunded. And if it leads to personal and property safety, the consequences must be borne by yourself

      Operator have requirement of minimum guests requirement to get operator the tour. In case if the minimum number of required people do not meet the operator have the right to cancel/reschedule the trip. In case of cancellation the next possible day will be offered or a full refund entitled.

        1. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring a coat according to the weather. 

        2. Please reach at meeting point at least 10-15 minutes prior to the meeting time.
