The Hakone Pirate Ship fee is not included and must be paid locally. Guests not taking the cruise will be transported by bus to the next location.

Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds of the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In case of delay or cancellation of the itinerary due to the above-mentioned or other force majeure factors, you cannot request a refund for this reason

Tokyo and Shinjuku depart from different buses, so the boarding and alighting locations must be the same and cannot be changed.
Tour operation requirement: minimum 4 persons to be on board to get operator. In case if the minimum requirement do not meet. Operator will cancel the departure. And 3 days prior it will be notified.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure
During the itinerary, please take your passport and valuables with you for safekeeping. If there is any loss, theft, damage, etc., the loss will be borne by yourself
