        • Tour includes the hotel pick up and drop off within the centrally located tokyo hotels like Shinjuku, Shigawa, Nakano, Nerima, Itabashi, Katsushika, Koto and nearby areas.
        • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

        • In case of bad weather the Mt Fuji view may not be seen. In that case there will be no refunds or rescheduling applicable.
        • For lunch vegeterian or gluten free options are possible to arrange. But required information at least 3 days prior. Otherwise subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
        • Access to Mt. Fuji's 5th Station is restricted during the summer months and when roads are frozen in winter. During these times, an alternative route will be taken automatically.
        What to bring
          • Japan's climate has become more extreme, with summer highs of 35°C (95°F) and winter lows of -20°C. Please prepare accordingly for the tour.
          • Please reach at meeting point at least 10-15 minutes prior to the meeting time.
          • In the summer here, we highly recommend you to bring a cap and sunglasses to avoid heatstroke.
