What kind of products / activities I can book on your system?
At Daytur we provide Tours, Day trips, Sightseeing tours, Desert safaris and all types of things to do in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. And you can book either by visiting our office or through our website which can issue a confirmation on spot.

Which destinations you are providing the activities and tours?
We are the local activity provider in Dubai & Abu Dhabi Only. You can book any kind of sightseeing, city tour, desert adventure and many more variety of things to do in these destination.

Is the site available in other languages to book?
We are in process of this multilingual facility which will be coming up soon. The current site is in English Only

Creation of an account is a must to make any booking?
If you are not registered, you can still buy at our website any activity through the guest check out option without making any account. And once you done our system will create your username and password automatically which you will be getting from our customer care team through email.

Are the tours available in other languages then English?
Yes. we do operate the sightseeing tours other languages then English. While you select the date of your tour and number guests you will be able to select the language you wish to chose for your tour.

Do you provide the hotel pick up and drop off facility for the tour I booked with you?
Almost all our tours are including the free pick up and drop off from your hotel/residence. This information is clearly mentioned in the Inclusions/Exclusions area of the tour while you make the booking.

If I am not able find the product on your website what I am looking for what do I do?
You can put the name or title of your desired tour in the search box in case you don’t find in online just write us in the inquiry form and we will get back to you with the offer.

How do I book a tour on your website?


  • Search with the destination name on our homepage or put the name of the activity you are looking to book. And click on the search button
  • The page showing up next will be having the tours with the prices and short description. Check and select the tour you wish to book and click “book now”
  • Under the details page you can see all the information about the tour like inclusions, exclusions, things to remember etc. Choose the date from the right side menu and select the number adults you wish to book and choose the desired language of the tour and click Book now.
  • Above action will take you to the checkout page. In case you wish to book another tour just use the button “Continue shopping” and it will take you to the tours list page again to select another one if you wish to book.
  • On the check out page put your personal details like Name, Email, contact number etc and select the payment method you wish to go with.
  • Upon making the purchase complete our system will be sending you the voucher through email registered during the booking. And you just take a print of that in order to join the tour

Can I book over the telephone?
You can book through our website or as well as by reaching us through phone or visiting our office. We provide 24/7 customer support through email as well as over the phone to answer your questions.
For emails we guaranteed the response within 10 hours of your email being received to our customer support team. And our call center is open all days of week 24 hours.

Can I book through the mobile or smart phone?
Yes. Daytur is a fully mobile responsive design platform that allows to book through your mobile browser on any operating system like iOS, Windows or Android.

After purchase is my reservation is confirmed?
Yes, upon making the full purchase your reservation is fully confirmed with us. And upon making the purchase you will be getting the voucher through email from our system on your registered email account. Make sure to check the Junk/spam email box in case you don’t get in your Inbox.

Do I need to bring the voucher for the Tour/Transfer?
Yes, you would need take the print out of the voucher email we will send you after your purchase in order to get depart for the tour.
We do accept the mobile vouchers on the spot if you are unable to print your voucher.

How do I change the date of reservation?
If the reservation is not coming under the cancellation policy as per our terms & conditions, you can make the change of the date free of charge. In order to submit the request for date change login into your account and navigate to your current bookings and submit the request cancel/modify. Upon receiving your request our customer care team will come back to you with the requested details.

What to do if I got late for my tour?
All our tours are sharing basis with other guests. And if you are late from the scheduled time there is no guarantee that you will be able to join the tour on another day. And it will be considered as no-show

After purchasing my voucher received is showing to contact again for pick up time?
All our tours are sharing basis and the pick up time is 30-60 minutes before the tour starts. In order to get the correct timings so you don’t wait much in your hotel we do recommend to call or email our customer care to reconfirm the pick up time. This can be done through reservations@daytur.com

What to do if I buy the ticket? How do I get the delivery?
The tickets will be delivered to your hotel/residence that you will provide during your booking. The normal delivery of the ticket is 24 hours prior to the activity date. In case the information not reaches to you just ring us or drop us an email about your ticket.

How do I make the cancellation or apply for refund?
In the case of cancellation if the booking is not coming under the cancellation policy as per our terms and conditions. There will be full refund applicable once you apply for cancellation. You can submit the cancellation of your booking through your account dashboard

Daytur’s have the full authority to suspend or close of your account at any time for any or no reason without notice or liability of any kind for example we may close or terminate your account or liability to use the website if you misuse any of the tool or information at our website.
The account you created at Daytur’s is your personal and non commercial use only. You must need to provide the correct details along with the personal information that matches to your identity and not to impersonate someone else (e.g. To adopt the identity of a celebrity).

Services & booking reservations

If you are making any reservation or booking of any service or product we offer you acknowledge the acceptance of the terms and conditions agreement as well as the Privacy policy of Daytur. In addition, you warrant that you are 18 years above to get create an account with us and posses the legal authority to enter in this agreement. While making the booking on the website make sure you provide the right and accurate information since that same info we will be carrying out through our whole booking process. You further agree to use this website to book any product or service only for yourself or for someone you are authorize to act. Any kind of false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited and will be consider as cancel at the same time without any notification.


Modification or Cancellation of Bookings

All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be go through your account management area. In order to make request of cancel/modification of your service just login at your customer dashboard panel and move to “Booking History” for the future bookings you will be finding the option to make request for cancel/modify. Upon submitting our customer support team will come back to you with the answer on your request.
All the requests will be follow according to our payment & cancellation polices (see below).
Daytur does not charge any fee to amend or change the dates of a booking if the request is received by our customer support team at least 96 hours prior to the service date. Tickets to attractions, parks or any kind of special event are final and no amendment or cancellation will be applicable on those products.
All the requests for changing or amendments in service date received by our customer team we will honor to attempt the date change free of charge. Otherwise may an additional fee involved to make the changes. 


Pricing & Products inclusions / exclusions

  • Prices listed on the website are based on per person unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are valid only at the time of booking. There will no blocking or holding applicable.
  • Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. But the existing bookings will be honored at the price booked
  • Prices mentioned at our website are not including any kind of tips or gratuities to our tour guides, drivers or baggage handlers. 


Payments & cancellations

Upon booking a product or service at Daytur.com our system collects the payment details and process the payment as per the Daytur’s terms and conditions. We accept the payments through visa and master card only. At the time of booking the full amount has to be paid in order to complete the purchase through your debit or credit card. And on your bank statements it will be show up by the transaction name Daytur Purchase or Tours purchase.
No refunds are available once the service book and utilized. Cancellation of any booking will be honored as per the cancellation policy described below. When cancelling a booking if the service is coming under the cancellation policy the applicable charges will be deduct from the total amount and the rest will be refunded back to your account. Here are the standard cancellation terms.


1. Tickets, Show, Coupon ticket:

  • These are non-refundable in all situations. And no refund/cancellation/modification applicable once purchased.

2. Tours & Activities:

  • If cancel 5 days prior to the service date, there will be no charge applicable. And 100% amount will be refund on the booking
  • If cancel between 2-5 days a 50% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total amount of the booking
  • If cancel within 2 days 100% cancellation charges will be applicable

The value of transaction may be subject to taxes, or foreign currencies conversion rate at the time of refund may have difference in the total amount paid while booking. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.


Daytur Vouchers

Upon making any booking you will be receiving a personalized voucher which will be holding all your tour/activity details booked.
You must need to provide a copy of the voucher on the day of service in order to get depart for the tour. The reservation will not be honored without presenting a printed copy of that voucher.
In some case Daytur also requires you to send us the copy of your credit card by which you have made the purchase or at the time of redemption of the voucher. This helps us to prevent credit card misuse. This is not compulsory in all the cases but the copy or original credit card to present may be asked by our fraud control team.
